The worst credit union I have had nothing but rude customer service from them both inside the branch and over the phone. Very unhelpful employees. U need help with your money you work hard for and gave access it bcus no one wants to do their jobs and be helpful.

True, they're small and can get slow with lots of people, but their service is outstanding, very welcoming and cheerful and once my turn was up I was in and out in a breeze to open a business account!

I have been a member at DFCU for years; they have great rates, excellent customer service, and all around provide a great banking experience.

The communication for my credit line approval was terribly poor. The underwriter is an incompetent worthless worker. I was denied because of the underwriters lack of reading ability. Where do they find these people?! I will never deal with these jokers again.
