Came in earlier today during the lunch rush and there were 3 tellers. One on Drive thru, 2 others on counter. One of the two working the counter was waiting on customers of about 10 of us while the other one closed out her drawer for lunch.... I wait 20 minutes in line and then to only find out that I needed to come back later. Now I rush before 5 closing time and there is still the same amount of help as I stated earlier.. The customer service is great but the wait time is unbelievable. This location is too busy not to have the adequate amount of staff needed to assist the customers timely. You guys need to get some additional staff hired very soon. There are people waiting everywhere inside, outside and for assistant to open new accounts...

We have been banking with Bank of America for nearly ten years. At this branch, the customer service provided by Erum is outstanding. She is patient, kind and went out of her way to make sure that my individual banking needs were taken care of. Ten years ago, we were trying to buy our first house and since my husband was just out of school and only working for less than a year, the bank we had originally applied for a mortgage loan denied us. Our realtor told us to apply at Bank of America. That is when we met Erum. Erum worked miracles. She accomplished the impossible of getting our loan approved within 48 hours from the start of the application process to loan approval. Because of her, we are still with Bank of America.

This is the worst bank ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They told me they would call me before they close twice and never called. They suck balls!
