Reaaaallly Bad service seriously . This people are too much. Been trying this branch 3 times already. Never again. This girl with glasses need to smile a little and talk to the guess with respect. Not like we are ignorants. A smile goes a long way. Bunch of crappy workers. Never again.

The atm outside the facility has been giving problems to constumers all week said one of their employees and still they didnt shut the machine off or notify their clients. A transaction supposed to take 5 min instead took me 45min since I had to go inside the branch and make a claim cuz the atm ate some of my cash and shut off out of the blue. The branch manager said that machines do eventually have problems and issues and he couldnt shut the machine off and also didnt care much that his custumers were having issues affecting negatively their “great” customer experience! Horrible experience!

Usually Banking associates are extremely nice especially the associates at Chase well not this location. A friend told me to come to this location if I needed help with anything because supposedly their really friendly. I walked in at 1:40pm to get an acct opened for my cousin who just turned 18 and going to college. They close at 2 but I didn't think it would take a long time just to open an account. I came in and wasn't greeted weird but ok and I sat down. Both of the personal bankers were with clients and their was a kid who came in before me and was waiting. 2:00 o'clock hits and finally one of the employees come up to me and asked me what I needed help with. I told him I'm here to open an account, he looked around and was like ummm I don't know if they can well let me see and he never comes back to me to say anything. I stepped outside for a moment and come back in and then a women name Ester ask me how can she help. And I told her I'm here to open an account and she says well it's 2:00 o'clock and we are closed. LOL I told her I know and I came in at 1:40 and no one said anything and she says yea u sat down and I said well because I want to open an account. She then says well we can't....I interrupted and said can I speak to a manager. She said sure the Store Manager is not here but I can speak to the assistant manager. By then one of the personal bankers left after he was done with a client didn't ask if I needed help or anything and the assistant manager was still with that same customer from the time I came in. Finally she gets done and Stephanie the assistant manager says how can she help and I say "I'm here to open an account but everyone here is so focused on closing". She then says it takes 45 minutes to open a new account she will see if one of the tellers will stay with her to get that done. She walks inside to the teller booth and she's talking to them and I knew they weren't going to stay for me I mean who am I(I also bank at chase) So she walks back over to me and says well none of them can't stay (of course) and everything she said after that went in one ear and out the other. I asked her what is the branch number but not phone number the store I.D. number so I can write a complaint and she turns around walks away to get the business card and says in a aggressive tone I GOT THAT! hands me the business card and says the store manager David will be in Tuesday. I'm shocked and confused at the same time any chase branch I walk into they are super nice and accommodating and to walk into this branch definitely didn't feel like I was in Chase. I called my friend up to let her know they were the complete opposite of what she said about them. And she too was shocked. I can understand it's Saturday and it's almost closing but if I was in there before 2 why not greet me and help. I'm pretty sure if the Store Manager was there none of this would've happened! They definitely need more training on customer service and how to function when it's busy. Needless to say I won't be back not worth the aggravation.

Easy and a piece of cake. Friendly helpful staff - -never a big line. Very helpful. If only they were a local bank instead of a conglomerate would I give em 5 -- so it's a 4. Clean, reliable, and they remember your name....
