This branch has always been amazing! Mike, the branch manager was awesome when I was having trouble with a check deposit and then John, the teller who helped was just as great! They really helped me out! Good job gentlemen 👍👍

I went in yesterday, (July 11, 2017)to make a withdrawal.That same night, i went to a cornerstore to buy some items only for the cashier to tell me that one of the bills (that i had gotten from my withdrawal was fake!) Now this bank was THE ONLY place that i had gotten money from. I couldnt go back to the bank because they were already closed. So I went back today, and I spoke to the tellers and told them about the whole situation, they ran the bill and it came back as real, but when stripped with a counterfeit pen, the ink turned black! I thought i was going to get my money back but they wouldnt reimburse me my money!

PNC has Changed the way we look at banks now! We met with Michael Mitchell, VP Branch Manager and Natasha Theobold, Account Executive to open an account and their focus, humor, warm personalities, and professionalism Won us over in a matter of minutes. They shared that PNC has a different Business Model, one that is built on creating a Relationship with each customer. Another plus, every step was simple and quickly executed. We are going to shift all of bank accounts over to this PNC.

Five stars for PNC Bank and this Flagler Village branch. I work and live in the area and remember when this branch opened. They have grown with the community and have an all-star team (starting from their manager Michael Mitchell) who assists me with all of my banking needs. 10/10 I recommend to family and friends.
