I had a situation with Fraudulent in my account. And didn't know what to do. So I sat down with KEIRRA PICKETTE AND RHONDA DURANT, and they handle my situation for me.
I'm glad I have a good bank like TD BANKS.

I must say, if I wasn't already with a credit union, this bank would mine! This particular location makes it so worth it! The assistance here is generous, supportive, funny and all around wonderful! They truly make you feel like a welcomed person and not like money walking through the door! I absolutely LOVE These men and women. Like I said, if I didn't already have a credit union that kicked my butt, I would move my funds here in a heartbeat!!!!

The women at this bank are very respectful but everything else is not good business. I walked in and immediately went to the counter and explained the woman that I needed a temporary card. She told they could do that for me to just have a seat and someone will be right with me. I sat for 30 minutes while they were disputing different issues with another bank account holder to find out that they can't print cards right now because they are waiting for their delivery for film and cards. I asked kindly if the woman at the front was aware of that and they both looked down and said they would talk to her. This bank needs to get it together. Made me late to work and i Almost lost my job. They need an inspection or new protocol is or something. Otherwise they should just close.

I normally have a perfect time banking with TD, but I just left the bank on Sunrise Blvd in Ft Laud and will never say that again.   I have autism (Asperger's)  and the woman behind the counter was inappropriately behaved at me because she could tell I was getting upset and she thought it was funny.  She then announced to the bank customers by speaking loudly AT me , 1 foot away with no noise happening in the bank, what my full name , address, and financials were and that was I working or how much money does my family have?  NONE OF THIS WAS WHY I WAS THERE.  I was just trying to pay my rent.   I was humiliated and left.  Two people were laughing at me.  I just had to hangup the phone when I called to complain because I was too upset and the woman on the phone didn't deserve my anger about it.   I didn't know it was ok to humiliate people to force a credit card on them.

Worst banking experience of my life. Took 2500 dollars out of the bank machine in 20s. Asked 2 people inside to exchange them for 100s for me and they refused!
