Being 67yrs, I ask to use the restroom, and was told no. Because it was too close to the front door. It was not. There was four  young ladies at the service area I was at. One eating, other listening & talking. One could have taken me there. I refuse to go to this one again. 4850 W 221 St

I'm here waiting in line for teller. There are presently 12 people waiting in line and only 2 tellers working the line and drive thru.

I went in on a Saturday after a Veteran's day banking holiday, pleasantly surprised to find a fast moving line for the tellers as well as a banking professional for me to sit down with. 

I had several questions spanning retirement planning, general savings accounts, credit card interest and stopping a check.

All of my questions were answered within half an hour, one of which I need to follow up with a lady who doesn't work on Saturdays. Can't blame anyone for not working on the weekends though!

I actually spoke with two banking professionals while I was there, both of which were friendly and knowledgeable. This is the closest branch to my house but I'd certainly recommend coming here if you've had a poor experience at another branch.
