I had a great experience at this branch.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  The branch was beautiful - the sunshine just flowed in.  The bathroom was clean.  There was also a coin machine.

Would give negative stars if possible.  This "institution" will rob you blind!  Charge you fees and return your checks even if you show a positive balance.  Stay far away from these crooks!

We have had problems for over a year with tcf, they have several time messed up our deposites.  I just got an overdraft for 350 dollars when phone banking said I had more money than I had, on top of that once my account was over draft my card kept working.  It is a bank error and I had to pay big time.  This is the third time this has happend.  The first time I deposited cash  and I over drew, really?  last I knew cash posted right away!  Second time a deposite was input wrong and the over draft me 140.00 dollars.  If you like to give your money away to people bank here other wise STAY AWAY.
