Great service, knowledge and rates!  Alicia went above and beyond!  I closed fast with NO stress!!  Thanks to the entire Chase DTC staff. Highly recommend this branch!

I’ve been Chase customer for years. I have multiple real-estate loans, credit cards, checking & savings, etc. I have had several RE-FI’s/etc. Most were done at the Chase branch located at 16750 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80015 and the services are just outstanding. The loan officers were smart, fast and very helpful. 
Well, I assumed that all Chase branches were the same. I have been completely wrong. I made a huge mistake by going to this branch RE: RE-FI’s. I was working with Colleen M Quinn. After my experience with Colleen I have a complete different view of Chase. I cannot believe that Chase would allow someone like Colleen to be a loan officer. I would not trust her to server a slurpy at 7ELEVEN. She’s completely unorganized. She makes promises that she can’t keep. I had invested nearly a month chasing her for updates. She is one worthless Loan Officer.

Do not use these incompetent banker's they have no idea how to run a business bank. Cost my company and lot of money due to there inability to communicate with there customers and all due to incorrect paperwork given to us when opening our account.  BE WARNED!!!!!!!

I felt very welcome when I came in it was very professional.  The mortgage banker spent a lot of time with me. Our purchase loan closed in 28 days.
