Wells Fargo gets a bad rep, for pretty good reasons most the time, but my annual in person trip to the bank a few days ago couldn't have gone better. To no fault of their own they were very busy, but the branch manager Grant provided me with top notch service and helped me resolve my issue competently and professionally. Nice work guys.

I have been to this location several times, and I spoke with different people each time.  Every visit they were extremely kind, knowledgeable about their products, and helped me in exactly the way I needed.  They were efficient and extremely helpful, even when I called in after the fact.  This branch definitely seems more on top of things than some of the others I have visited.  The employees treat you first class.

I had a problem that a manager at another branch was unwilling to fix (and I wasted a whole day trying to get it done) - the service manager at this bank took care of it in a matter of minutes, so grateful
