Would have given a zero stars if one was not required. Received some of the worst customer service ever. Went to set up an account because if their awesome offers, even told the banker that's why I was there,  and never asked for a coupon or told how to get one. So after calling every customer service line and talking to the branch manager to see if there was anything I could do,  I was told I was S.O.L. and could close the accounts if I wanted to but nothing would change.

I've been with Chase for over 4 years. I walk into this branch to do a wire transfer with a banker named Scott. He tells me there is a $35 fee that he cannot do anything about. I tell him I won't do business with a bank that is going to charge me $35 for a service I have NEVER used in 4 years. He said "I do what I'm told to do" and suggested if I felt like closing my accounts then to go ahead and do so. 
The next day I walk into a different chase bank and it took them less than 5 minutes to refund the fee. Thanks to Scott, I will be finding another banking institution to do business with. 
My advice: DO NOT use this Chase location for doing business. Apparently they are not as capable of handling things as others.

After having a terrible experience at the Chase at 11277 E Arapahoe Place, we came here and received the excellent customer service we are accustomed to from Chase. Scott greeted us right away and was willing to go out of his way to help us with our forms. Thank you for a wonderful experience! !

Much better people than the other Arapahoe branch.. Compassionate

Got to the bank at 6 pm and they were closed. They typically stay open 10 minutes past for people running late. Not good for a small buissness like myself.
