The address listed for this ATM is wrong, or at least misleading.  It's a stand-alone walk-up ATM--not a drive-up ATM--right next to the diner on the SW corner of the intersection of Russell & Pecos.  It's directly across the street (Russell) from the ARCO AM/PM.  It's well-lit and next to the intersection of two major roads, but you do have to get out of the car.
