There was a gentleman who helped me yesterday at this location of US Bank. He was very helpful & friendly. He took the time to meet my banking needs. And I was helped right away the 2 times I went up to the counter to take care of what I needed to. I believe he may have been the manager. Excellent customer service & the manager was very kind.

The teller is an extremely kind guy, did all he could for me, but a few months back I opened an account because they had a special of when you spend 50$ you receive 50$ back, so I put 50$ in my account, the next day the teller calls back and says his manager put a hold on my account because my social did not match my name, I had lost my social security card, so I couldn't access the 50$ at all, I went to the social security office and applied for a new card, when it came in the mail I went back to the bank and they told me I now owe 41$, so I paid it off and closed the account, my social security number had been correct the whole time and they did not offer me compensation for my loss, I will never ever bank with USbank ever again

The manager Tiffany Hayward had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. She just kept cutting me off and just kept telling me what she can't do for me it's hard for me to accept after banking here for so long and this being the only bank I've ever done business with that I was beng treated this way if you could help it I would stay away as the service was so horrible that I feel I now must switch banks I've never felt the need to do a Google review until today I have never been so disappointed in how I was treated
