Went in Tuesday morning to open a new account. Without an appointment but was helped me right away by Debra. She was very helpful as to a miscommunication I had when calling bank a previous day. She was very personable and easy to talk to. This made my banking experience a lot nicer. Also she said my card should arrive by Friday and it arrived today Wednesday. I'm not a review writer but felt she needed to be recognized. I'm glad I chose Chase for my account because of her.

I recently moved and needed to update my information with Chase.  Fina Chaidez at the Sunset/Green Valley Pkwy branch greeted me right away with a friendly smile which was so welcomed at the end of a very busy, stressful day.  Thank you for all your help!

I wish all banks were like this one. The branch manager himself has helped out more than once, and is always very friendly and careful to explain everything very clearly. They are doing it right over there on sunset!
