Came in to open an account. I arrived at 5:15 and was made to wait while the only banker on staff was (apparently) taking care of personal business. I know for a fact she didn't look up from her cell/desk long enough to see the customer staring at her. It was 5:25 when I was able to speak to someone and I was told I couldn't open an account because it was past 5:15.

Came to open account but literally no help at all. I never saw any bank taking up so long to wait and open account but chase seems to be the slowest. And you can guess the result， the last person took up too much time so I have to wait for a whole week.

Walked in, no one came to greet. So I just decided to wait for the next (only) available banker. Waited for 15 mins and was told by the banker she is going to have lunch. Asked to come back in 1hr.

Somewhat tight on their policies of what they will and won't do for someone without an account with them, but they do allow cashing checks for a easy flat fee!
