I love this bank they've given me excellent service. Whenever I came in to see a private banker they immediately send me to one right away knowing the service's I needed. They know who I am and always gives a nice welcoming and asking how I've been which I appreciate a lot. I haven't had any trouble with the bankers. They do a great job.

Waited 45 minutes to open a savings account. Asked several times if someone was available to help me, was told no one was. Four employees were standing in a corner talking about a party. Horrible service never got any help going to a different bank. Chase you might want to take a class on customer service 101.

Mr. Easter wasted my time. Drive all the way over there to get a new debit card. Seemed like he didnt want to help. He is making me wait for my new card in the mail. When I know for a fact they can make me a new one on spot since they've done it for me before. Didn't even bother asking about refinancing or credit card options since I didn't feel like he would take care of me.

Great personal service with very low wait times. We have been banking with Chase for 3 years now and have always had great service and experiences with them.

Web site is great, app is really good, love the ATMs.  But do not even attempt to get personal service anymore at local branch.  Long lines, no one answers the phones.  Want to see a personal banker?  Load a book from Google Play before you go, because you will be waiting a very long time.
