Where do I begin? I have been banking here for several years and have always had absolute satisfaction as a customer! The staff is always so kind, attentive, and helpful! I have never once had a bad experience and I feel safe banking here.

I can't imagine worse customer service than what is given inside of this location. The drive up window is typically fine, but the personal and business bankers have made it too much of a challenge for me to keep any (we have several) of our accounts here. It took us 3 weeks (!!!) to have one of my business partners added to our account and the list of issues go on. Fortunately we have an account with Compass down the road and they treat us very well. We'll be switching all of our personal and business accounts, that we've had with Chase for years, to them.

ATMS are always broken, i deposited money and the machine malfunctioned and LOST my money. not using this bank again which sucks because its so close to my house but im not trying to lose well over $100 again

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN BANKING! My wife and I walk in to open an account at 1:29pm, we were told to come back tomorrow as the bank does not open new accounts after 1:20pm. REALLY! Why say that you are open until 2pm if you are not? Guess they don't want our business...
