I found the staff to be quite awesome.  They helped me and my wife with some fairly complicated transactions.  We always felt like they were here to help.  I need to switch my primary banking to here.

Been a member at this location for 9 years.  Over the past two years, service, courtesy, attentiveness, and friendliness have dwindled to almost being non-existent.  It's top down, and no coincidence, after learning a new manager was hired a few years ago.  Any bank is better.

Excellent customer service at this branch!  Clara and Shannon go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything.  I've done multiple loans with ITCU and they always have the best rate.  Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union.

I have been with in touch ever since national fire your bank week.  I have to say.  I have never had as good an experience as I have with In Touch credit union in Little Elm.  I now live in Lewisville, but I still vist my first branch store because of there friendly staff. Thanks for your great customer service.
