I had trouble finding a bank that could help me open a Representative Payee account for my father, a veteran that I am fiduciary for. After visiting and calling several banks, the VA suggested I call a local Wells Fargo. I first spoke with a manager (Karol) who took all my information and was friendly and helpful, even though I was emotional (with the process, not the bank). Later I spoke to a personal banker, Rodney, and made an appointment with him the next morning. This branch was able to help me set up the account for my father and I am so thankful. All the staff I came in contact with were kind and helpful. They are busy, yes, but that is because they are taking time to fully help their clients. I would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give zero stars I would, my experience with this branch has been horrible. 
Recently I have lost my debit card, so I decided it was time to go to the bank in order to pursue an instant card. There was approximately 15 people waiting to see a banker. Due to my busy schedule I decided to to just see a teller as the line was way small during that time I presented my ID and deposit some cash into my acct. Today I decided to go to the same branch with same Id. Waited in line to see a banker she toke me back...during that time Joyce stated that she couldn't pully acct, I gave her my ID. She said she could not help me as my ID wasn't valid. I asked why it is was valid to deposit money but not to give me my temporary card. Needless to say she didn't have an answer, then I went to my car to get a report I'd that I had from the dmv, they also said that Id wasn't valid. At that time I was furious I asked to speaker. Banker was had food associate back. He asked me to go home and get my passport. I was like are you guys serious it's a Saturday 12pm I am with a new born as you can see and you can't accept my two form of I'd. He proceeded to declined my request. I went home came back, a new banker called me to her desk and said " said hi little guy" I responded it's a little girl.... How obvious she is wearing a pink sun glasses. 
Ias I was on this new lady deal she said I am sorry ma'am I can't get your passport validated.... After much research we cMe to the conclusion she was entering the wrong country to verify passport. 
Are you serious??? Over all this experience was ridiculous horrible.

The staff at this location are fantastic. On an incredibly busy Friday, they still took the time to go above and beyond for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt I was important and all of the tellers, especially Jezzella (sp?) were friendly and helpful. I will make sure to visit this branch whenever i need to do banking in-person.

The management at this Wells Fargo is very helpful.I had a difficult question to ask that had to deal with something on a corporate level.The branch manager David Hucingson was able to answer my questions  in a matter of seconds.Other big name branches either didn't know or their corporate policy did not work for the situation I was trying to resolve.Keep up the awesome customer service (:

Today I went to this branch and the representative BRENDA was trying to verify my funds on my account since I was doing a withdrawal. She was taking notes on a blank piece of paper acting like she was doing me a favor "yeah right" she told me to hold on and she talked to her manager about my account. She came back and said " sorry but I can only give you half of what's on your account since I can't verify your mobile deposits" so she literally wasted my time for no reason. I end up leaving the branch so upset but I was professional at all time. I went to another branch 5015 Eldorado Pkwy Frisco, TX 75033 and ANIL was so nice and professional it took him let's than two minutes to take care my withdrawal. Whoever is in charge of this branch needs to teach/show their employees how to be more efficient and professional.
