Customer service at this branch and specifically working Vincent made it the best experience I've ever had with a bank. Vincent is by far the best Small Business Specialist I've ever encountered. People like Vincent make Chase shine and make people want to do banking with Chase. Amazing!

Vincent is the man to see! He truly creates relationships with clients. That being said, the entire staff is awesome, location is convenient and I generally feel more comfortable coming here than any other bank in LA.

Drove in traffic to find out the bank is closed at 2pm on Wednesday June 1st?
Update your hours instead of wasting people's time.

The bank is in an ideal location in Santa Monica, the Banker man Vincent is very kind and handsome and the music they play is cool. Thank you very much!

This is our bank :) The staff is awesome, they take their time with you, always with a smile. The bank is Chase, so you know you are backed by a big company
