long time trading account customer, was told to open a new 401k for individuals by my tax person.
Nice idea we can my wife and I save more for retirement. Problem is the person helping walked me through the paper work,  I did at the location to ensure proper submission, only to find out from corporate the entire effort needs to be redone. Nice, Sweet, now we have to go back in during hours that no longer suit us as we are back to work from the holiday. Why, how is it a services specialist can not get the paperwork done properly 

Seriously this application has a time constraint as well.

Haven't been using their services on location very long time. I don't even know why they would have a location, when everything can be done on the internet, as these people working here are not friendly anyway.
