It's a nice back location. I appreciate the friendly tellers and bankers and I enjoy watching the big television screen behind the tellers.

As a single Mom of 4 teenagers, every penny counts. Chase fraud department makes promises they change at the drop of a hat. If you tell a person they'll receive a temporary credit within 12 hours for obvious duplicated transactions, you don't come back 3 days later and state another 3-5 business days the customer must wait for money that is rightfully theirs. When I had fraud on my BofA account, a temporary credit was in my bank account within hours. That is how banks should respond when it's obviously an error or unauthorized. I recommend to all clients, walk passed the Chase branch and find another bank as you'll regret the choice if anything goes wrong with your account.

If the doors are closed and you want to use the ATM, you have to swipe your card to get it. I have used Chase for 2 years and I'm a happy customer.
