never answer the phone?????????? we call like 20 times they never answer

Great bank, never paid a fee for anything beyond what we specifically requested (wire transfers), and multiple ATM machines to chose from.  Rarely a wait and I can quickly make deposits or withdrawals from outside.  The Wells Fargo mobile app works well enough although remote deposits for checks are sometimes troublesome from my phone.

Great service. Offers water to customers and engages in conversations when you're in line. Friendly with children. Overall great service
