I have always been happy with my experience with this location. Convenient parking either the special curbside area specificly for the bank customers or. In the  parking garage located underneath the building .  The place is always clean and well maintained . The staff is always friendly  helpful , and. Courteous ! Never have to wait long for assistance .  They also have two ATM"S one outside and one located in the lobby inside .

I use to work there from 4/1990- 8/1993 when the bank was ASL. On the 8th floor brand new building. We had a lot of fun back then I worked a total of 13 years until that big layoff great time back then.

Chase bank tellers are mostly  rude and the lines are always long. Especially at the Pacific ave. location. Its not hard to see why smarter people, bank elsewhere.

Nice place, if you can't find a parking spot you can always park in the basement and take the elevator or stairs up, you wont get charged to park if you are going to the bank.
