This is HORRIBLE bank. If they would call me for the survey & have choices between 0-10, I would give them -5 (negative). My husband went there earlier today to withdraw from our saving and the only identification he has was his driver licensed and my debit card (he lost his debit card & we're still waiting for his to arrive ) the banker told him that he cant withdraw both checking and saving coz his ID card & debit card doesn't matched (of course) we have joint on all of our account, what's wrong? (you guys need more training) I was very disappointed with US BANK! Planned of closing our account.

This branch is always frustrating. They go through employees like water. The employees are nice but never seam to know what they are doing. NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU AFTER 540PM THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE CLOSED. But they are supposed to be open until 6PM like their ADVERTISED HOURS STATE!! Not A HAPPY Customer. For these reasons i use a different bank for most everything else. And as soon as I can I will dump this horrible bank.

The service at this branch is exceptional. Everyone is professional and personable. The management really goes the extra mile. I never thought a bank would do so much for me. 5 star service no doubt!
