WORST CREDIT UNION EVER! This was the first and last time I will go there. Tried to use there ATM never dispensed the money. Called the number on the ATM was told I would be contacted first thing Monday morning which never happened. When I went in and asked to talk with the Branch Manager I was told I could not talk with her because I did not have an account with them. The teller also told me i was just out my money. After leaving I called was able to finally talk to someone who knew what was going on. Again was told the same thing that I was out the money. WORST CREDIT UNION EVER! USE THIS CU AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This bank branch is crook! They'll accept your money but will tell you no when you try to take the money out. Very bad experience. They let you open an account with a form of ID and let you deposit, withdraw money with the same form of ID but then decided not to take that same ID anymore while you still have money there. The crew are very rude and treat you like a criminal. Asking questions of why you want to take your money out while it's not even their business. The manager, skinny older lady, is the worst, doesnt treat you with respect, she would ask you all these questions only to embarrass and to make sure She doesn't give you your money. One of the The tellers, kinda big with glasses, has also the same attitude. These people think they can treat you like dirt just because you're minority. Don't bank with them. 🙁

I am always greeted with a warm smile that is sincere. They remember my name and always do what they can to make sure I am protected. They make me feel at ease with any banking needs. I love my credit union!

I love seeing University Credit Union supporting our community! It shows they care about Bountiful and that goes a long ways! Every experience I've had with the staff at this branch location has been exceptional. Thank you!

Don't come close to closing time or it will be packed. The staff are nice and generally helpful. This isn't location specific but the phone support staff are not very helpful at all.
