Unlike other suite hotels, the rooms here are akin to small cottages, exterior and featuring a kitchenette with a stove, large refrigerator, counter for food preparation, etc. Very roomy, with a decent amount of bathroom space. Good shower overall. Bed was very comfortable, but the sheets could have been fresher. Slightly above-average breakfast. Free newspapers. Only one ice machine on this large property, which seems odd - particularly problematic when that one machine is out-of-order. Good place to stay overall but expect a few glitches.

I stayed here for a discounted rate and to be honest I probably wouldn't stay for near the full price they charge. There are much nicer hotels for $80+ a night. Like many other reviews the bathrooms are in serious need of upgrades. There was still wall paper in them. The shower head had good pressure but only 2 settings. Both were straight streams. Tile was clearly old. Toilet was the small round ones. Towels and linens were the very cheap kind that don't really work. Bed was very firm and pillows were clearly old and used with next to no support. Kitchen area still had wallpaper and the appliances were 15+ years old. Also you have to pay 1.50 for the washer and dryer each. Ridiculous. Those are the main negatives. Some positives include the overall home feeling. Breakfast 7 days a week and dinner 4 days a week. Both are good. Very friendly staff. Work with the military. In the middle of everything. Pools available with hot tubs. Kitchen area has an oven! (A lot don't). Maintenance and hose keeping were fast with issues or requests. Overall I give 3.5/5. They really need to update some things for that 5/5 and charging to use a washer and dryer is ridiculous.

This was our first stay at Chase Suites, and I was more than impressed. We got a great room and great service at a price well below what I would expect to pay. I really liked the layout of the hotel; it's more like staying in a condominium than a hotel. Morning breakfast was tasty, but pretty standard continental fare...nothing special there. We did not use the pools, but they looked quite nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms are dated, but clean. Our king bed looked quite comfortable, but as it turned out, was not even close. As soon as we got on the bed, the mattress gave way in the center. Throughout the night, we'd wake up being squished together in the dip of the mattress. Also, A king bed handicap accessible room is not available on the bottom floor. If you are handicapped, there are no elevators, so if you want a king size bed, you must climb some pretty steep stairs. In regards to parking, it was not as convenient as other places. Overall, the price is not bad, but the cheaper price will cost you comfort and convenience.

It's quiet, and rather spacious. Thomas, the desk man, helped my family and I after a grueling 1200 mile PCS move on short order. My only, and I do mean only issue, is that some of the appliances and the bathroom look like an 80s movie. Other than that, I am impressed, and highly recommend.
