The hotel overall was fine for the price and location. However, the fan on the air conditioner rattled very loudly, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, there were people drinking and being quite loud on the balcony above my room until about 3:30am, which is around the time I needed to wake up to catch my flight. So, I did not get much sleep that night with the rattling air conditioner fan and people partying outside. I would recommend the motel repair the loud fan in the air conditioner. It would also be beneficial to have implemented quiet times during certain hours at night, so that guests can sleep. These are two things that should be rather straight forward and would make hotel guests much more comfortable during their stay.

As always the room was clean and there was nothing to worry about. That is one of the reasons I only stay at your place when I travel. The price helps a lot also. The guy working at the desk even took my phone so he could show me how to use your free wifi. That was really great that he went out of his way to help this dumb person use his smart phone.

A real surprise: Not very impressive from the outside, but I LOVE my room. It's spotless, modern, everything works. Relatively quiet considering it's right up to a busy main street. No restaurant, but very close to some great places to eat (I highly recommend Elmer's). For the money, it's a win.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rennovations done. Impression for the price, approx 45 a night. 1 room king size. They DID NOT replace the sheets unless u request it specifically.

Anywhere in the united states I'd say go to motel 6 their a winner in my book . I've stayed at several across the usa an the staff is always friendly an helpful
