I have never requested to change rooms before but I requested to change rooms twice.  The rooms were dirty.  We are on a budget friendly cross country road trip vacation and we have stayed in a lot of hotels.  The things that stuck out for me were that the back of the bathrooms door were very dirty...very gross.  The Quality In guest services directories we're filthy.  I know that this seems trivial but when you see the covers of these books dirty then you have to wonder about the rest of the room.  In the first two rooms drawers were obviously broken.  The light switch covers we're coated in dirt. On a more positive note, the staff was very friendly.  The breakfast was very good..they even have Texas shaped waffles.  If house keeping was better this hotel would certainly deserve a better rating.

Good hotel. Gives you everything that you need. Breakfast is great. It's right next to "good coffee" which is a Mexican restaurant. Nice staff.

Located close to Ft. Bliss and the airport. Plenty of restaurants, movie theaters and stores close by. Room was clean. Front desk was willing and able to get me checked in 2 hours before the normal check-in time. The free breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Hot shower. Friendly staff. Solid price and waffles with eggs for breakfast. Couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. Still a cheap motel

Rooms were clean and thankfully air conditioned. The staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a little dated and in need of some upgrades but nothing outrageous.
