Nice rooms, but it seems like the whole staff has no clue what's going on here. Everyone that works here isn't all that friendly and they are very slow. Check in was at 3 and check out was at 11 so there is 4 hours to clean the rooms but the staff takes an hour + lunch at noon so a ton of people rooms weren't ready at 3. Luckily ours was ready and we could check in. Not a terrible place but if I ever found myself in El Paso again I wouldn't stay here.

It was adequate. We did not take advantage of the optional amenities, but it was nice to have the option. It was a comfortable stay although the mattress was extra-firm and difficult to sleep on.

I'll show you better. Toilet flushed horrible.  So bad they gave  me my own plunger. Is this the service oom padding for?  Did not clean the room weekly like they said they would.  I had to call.  
When I arrived there was no comforter on my bed.  As a traveling nurse it's not up to my standards especially if I'm paying  $300+ a week for 3 months.  Wow.. need I say more???

I'm a military member and I certainly stayed in extended stay all my career and all over America. Although extended stay in El Paso are seem far better than the others of this type ( I visited 2 less expensive ones) .  I am not usually a complainer but I had some a problem with my toilet for two days ( Saturday and Sunday). The toilet  It didn't flush properly. I didn't want to complain so I just removed the contents by hand went to the office and informed the person on duty what happened. It was around 1030 am Saturday and I was told someone would check it out by noon.  Office person   gave me a plunger. I used the plunger however It didn't quite fix the the problem but it was adequate. I let the office person know there was still issue. I went shopping and returned around 2:30 pm and went to the office to ask about the issue. I was informed that there are no maintenance personnel on site.  The next day the problem was worse and I  ask for the plunger again. This time it was better. I also like to mention that by mid day Sunday all the outside trash cans near the rooms and stairwell were full and over flowing with trash.  As I mentioned earlier I've stayed in extended stay America all over the country and this is not the service and cleanliness I ve encountered  previously. It is usually very good to excellent

Booked with Expedia. They had the wrong information. I got a King bed and wound up with a queen and had to pay the same price. Brown spots on towels. Kitchen was clean though. No smoking, even though the site says there is. It was hot. Front desk clerk didn't know how to refund the difference between the rooms but was very nice.
