Chattanooga Florist was amazing. We found out our home was hosting a Christmas wedding just 2 days ago And we've all been working together in overtime to make it as perfect as we can for the happy couple. Hannah and Ryan are beyond thrilled with all they did. Thanks so much guys!!!

From out of state, I ordered two arrangements for two different family households in Chattanooga. I indicated what I wanted the arrangements to look like via a picture online, which they agreed to replicate. What my family received was nothing like what I ordered and they were terrible arrangements!  One was not small in size like I had requested and the arrangements were totally different from each other! I asked for large roses and a filler flower of carnations or small roses. No filler flowers were used. I paid $85 EACH and was ripped off! They obviously do not want my return business next year! So very sad. (See pictures)

I had used Teleflora to order a River Cain Cross for a funeral and they delivered it today (6/6/17) and I could not be any more thrilled with how beautiful it was! I will use them over any of the closer florists from now on! Ensign told me they would not touch my arrangement for the price that it was online, and that probably no one in town would honor that price. So the fact that Chattanooga Florist honored the price and also switched the flowers out to our school colors (red and white) for the exact same price and not a penny more was wonderful!!  WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

It's great to walk in here and grab flowers - they always have some sort of loose bouquet handy at a fair price, or they'll put one together at short notice. If the quality of the flowers could improve the quality of my romance I'd spend even more money here.
