Fantastic customer service, product selection and delivery service!!! Exceeded my expectations and then some!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I am a very picky consumer!!!

Terrible service! I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. She didn't get them until the next day because they were dropped off at 4:58 (two minutes before her office closed). Plus, she only works until 4:00. Florist tried to blame her for "leaving early."  Also, FTD was no help.
