My husband ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2017 for his mom and and mine. My mother's flowers never made it. We called Monday morning to find out why. According to the shop, the two orders were stapled together and the 2nd one was over looked and never made. Had we not called, the mistake would have never been caught. I will say the Flower House offered to make the flowers and send them but the point is now moot. Mistakes happen but when your mother is almost 80 and you are 700 miles away and visits are left to a couple times a year,  unacceptable barely covers it.

I am from out of town, but my Mother lives in Fayetteville, TN in an assisted living facility. I wanted to send flowers to her for Mother's Day and didn't like what I saw on all of the Tela Flora sites. I Googled Florists in Fayetteville, TN and found  Flower House! A real local person answered the phone, much to my surprise and happiness!  I told her a little description about what I wanted, told her how much I wished to spend, and when I wanted the flowers to be delivered. As an after thought, I called after hours on the date of delivery and asked if they could take a picture and text it to me. I was too late, but they would have been happy to do it for me-next time. They did however tell me the name of a similar bouquet which I looked up on-line. It was perfect!! I could not have described it any better, and I didn't describe it, she read my thoughts!! They did an excellent job, delivered my Mother's flowers at 9:30 am on the date I asked, answered all of my crazy questions and made a beautiful arrangement my Mother will enjoy for days!! Thank You Flower House!!
