I completed an online order Sunday evening and wanted flowers delivered  to my dying aunt on a Monday afternoon.  Late Monday afternoon I noticed on my phone that I had two missed calls from the florist. I am in a classroom during the day and do not have access to my cell phone. By  3 o’clock I called the florist and no one answered.  I checked my email and there was no message from the florist so I  assumed it had been taken care of or it was something very minor. I still called on Tuesday but could not get through to them and again checked my email but no message.   I was getting suspicious that the flowers were never delivered and when I finally did get through to the florist on Friday that’s exactly what they told me… The flowers were never delivered!!!!!!   The woman on the phone was nasty and said my credit card was denied and I probably just typed in a wrong number.  She only bothered to call me on Monday and when she did not get through she did not make any further attempts to get in contact with me… I have no idea why she did not leave a message, or try to call on another day , OR email me at the email address I left on the order form for purposes just like this!!!!   I was so upset I was practically shaking when I hung up on the woman!  Very poor business practice!  The best thing I can do is leave this review! Go elsewhere!

These guys are great! We get all of our flowers from them for eighth grade night for Philadelphia/Ft. Loudon Baseball. I always forget to order them ahead, but it never fails, they always save me. The flowers are always fresh and perfectly rapped. Thank you for your support!

I wish I had read these reviews before we ordered flowers for a funeral.  We ordered arrangements that were on a Tripod for a very close family member.  The flowers were awful, they were half dead and not at all what we ordered.  When we contacted the florist we were told we had to speak to David who owns the place, David does not return calls.  We have called several times and left messages for a return call.  Buyer beware this florist is not good.
