The owner and staff are incredible people! Food is always made fresh and on the spot, with only the best ingredients. A great place to eat in, or to take out.  Both the food on the menus and the smoothies are delicious, and the best in the area!! A must for local vegans, and all who enjoy quality, clean foods, in a clean space, with spectacular service.

LOVE the java green smoothie and the Flo Burger.. harvest and banana bread are banging too!! Flo and her girls rock and love stopping in always greated with a warm smile and served fabulous and tasty food!! 5 stars for sure!

This is a super cute place that has a fresh healthy meals. You can build  your own smoothie or choose some from their menu including a peanut butter and jelly one! There is also a back room for events and parties. The staff are all super sweet and friendly. They also make to go baggies of kale chips and apple/carrot chips you can grab on the go.
