Story

The Greene Turtle has been your community hangout since 1976 when we opened our first location in Ocean City, Maryland. We’ve come a long way since then, spreading our love for food, sports & community across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, New York, New Jersey, and now Pennsylvania with plans to continue our growth throughout the mid-Atlantic region!

Can you tell our server John to come collect our money? Pretty sure we’re the only people left in this place and we haven’t seen an employee for half an hour.  We’ve been here for 4 hours and maybe saw our server 5 times. I don’t think anyone well check this review ever let alone in time for our server to collect payment.  Byyyyeeeee.

This restaurant is a nice place to eat. If you're a sports fan, this is the place for you. I hate ( sorry, hates a strong word) sports. I went there because of an event they we're hosting. But what I've found, was that it really has good food, and I really wasn't bothered by all the monitors broadcasting sports stuff because the decor is cozy and warm like an old soft sock. We had a nacho chile appetizer. Amazingly delicious.  My wife and I also shared a salmon dish and what looked like plump pork chops stuck on a rib bone like a lollipop. I simply don't know enough vocabulary to describe how tender and delicious they were. We'll, I don't care for sports, but I will absolutely return. The service was also  above par. I'm afraid that when I return, it can't possibly be as good as it was the first time.

Brandon was absolutely fantastic. My order was correct and delivered in a timely fashion. He is very rememberable and will request him to wait on me every time I come here which will be often because of him.

We waited for about 20 minutes before seeing a server, another 10 minutes to receive drink order, and another hour for our entrees. Our food was warm at best, and the fries were dry. The manager looked confused when we complained about the food and wanted comps. I'd recommend the drinks, as those were the only things that came out correctly.

Good food and a good selection of beers. Buy a mug and get a dollar off every time you use it which is a great deal at happy hour. Large dining room and bar space.
