My husband and I have been working in the restaurant industry for about 20 years. We would always get the same bartender who is quite possibly the best bartender we have ever encountered. Over the past couple weeks we noticed he was not there, and with his absence the rest of the service severely declined. I asked a manager why he has not been in lately and he seemed annoyed that I was bothering him. We later found out he quit because of management and management made no effort to keep him. We will not be in again. The food is mediocre and overpriced and while the rest of the servers are friendly I cannot give my money to a company that treats their employees poorly.

Servers were very accommodating. I ordered a few absolute Cosmo's and they were only 85% full when served. I asked if someone took a few sips and the server apologized and said that all of their drinks are pre- measured. Their were cameras everywhere or else she would fill it up to the top. She would lose her job if she was caught. I told her no worries. The Pub is a rip off if you are looking for a cocktail. She found a way to compensate me and I must commend her for the effort. Pubs and bars that pre-measure alcohol and inventory every cent they formulate end up worse off than if they served their patrons with drinks made by servers that are familiar with mixology.
