I have been to this place many times. This past Sunday was Very Disappointing...I ordered a Ribeye steak med-rare. My mother-in-law or the same thing. It was taking way too long to get our meals. When they finally came I knew my steak was over done it was burnt. Sure enough I cut into it and it was med. My mother-in-law's was well done. The Manager came over and we told her our steaks were not right. She went and brought back 2 more steaks. Thinner of course.. This is the part I can't believe...they were still not right! Again mine was Med and my mother-in-laws was well done. I just said for get it! I ate it. I will be calling the Corporate office!

Great food! I love the free peanuts and soft bread rolls. They have a cinnamon honey butter that they serve with the rolls. Highly recommend the pulled pork. Sandwich or entree, you can't go wrong.

Excellent chain overall. Great food at a fair price. This restaurant in particular is great... Manager always checks the table to see if it's in order. If its not, they make it right. Never had a bad experience here and go frequently!

One of my all time favorite steak chains! However the last two times we visited weren't up to their usual par, the many other times we've been here have been exceptional. Great food served relatively quickly considering the awesome thickness of my favorite steak cut (bone-in ribeye is to die for). If you like spicy, try their boneless buffalo chicken bites appetizer. It's not nuggets drenched in a sauce like you'd expect, these things rock! Always a wait when we go but we usually always hit peak hours.

I love the atmosphere here and the servers are always so nice. The food is great. My steak always comes out perfectly the way I want it. Overall, my experiences everytime I visit gets better.
