I finally tried THE SANDWICH . After the first 2 bites of nothing but crispy flour. I bit into the meat, sauce, and pickle only to discover maybe I waited too long to try THE SANDWICH. The sauce was salty and I immediately didn't want another bite. I did enjoy the shrimp tackle box with mashed potatoes earlier that day.
The people working here are so pleasant it makes for a great visit, and counting the fact that she loaded me up with my choice of chicken pieces for my 5 PC two can dine for 11.99 deal, I couldn't give it less than the 5 stars it deserves! Notice that we were here last week also! Arghhhh! They keep track of those things! It's a great place for some delicious chicken, the Cajun gravy alone is worth the trip, it was fabulous as always. Thank you for your great service and even better chicken. We fed 3 of us we had company on this 11.99 dinner special. You cant beat that!!
Typical fast food Popeyes. Had an issue where we placed a pick-up order but when we got there someone had already picked it up. Not sure how that happened. The front counter worker was saying we were out of luck until she called the manager, the manager gave us our complete order. Seems like they need a better way to handle pick ups. Food overall was ok, nothing special.
The spicy chicken sandwich was only warm. It was also greasy. If you want red beans and rice, get the lg size, the meal size is not very big. Seems Popeyes is not what it used tobe.Food: 3/5
Well, food is ok, some people are nice, but many people are just dirty and looks that the Hygiene in the Kitchen and all over, is not the first or second aim of this place or even places, difficult to find a clean people and environment by Popeyes. Oops, just forgot, if you are white you probably will have some discriminations issues come from the Afro-Americans whose working at the Popeyes stores, I am not Rassist, but unfortunately many of them doesn't like me just because of my Skin color, when I go there I try to be much nicer to them to show my appreciation for their Work, but the most of them just doesn't care. So sad
This place is the absolute worst. They are constantly out of everything, everything inside and out is dirty and disgusting. The person working the window literally looks like he crawled out from the fryer he was so greasy I can’t imagine him handling my food. When I got to the window I was told they were out of what I ordered and when I asked for a replacement he told me no and laughed at me. Safe to say I left right then.
Sat in the drive-thru for 8 mins behind another car with no movement. We decided to go get food at another restaurant. This is yet another trip to Popeyes in which we were unable to get any service.Service: 1/5
Dirty. Sloppy service. Terrible customer service rude attitudes. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to get to the speaker which is typical and to be expected, I spent a further 15 minutes at the speaker repeatedly attempting to get attention of the employee on the other end. I eventually got fed up of waiting with no response and drove up to the window where I found the employee running the speaker on her phone. When I asked why she was on her phone and ignoring me and not taking my service nor the multiple others behind me, to which I add two had driven off in the interim while I was waiting to not be served, The slack-eyed and unabashed employee replied to me that the headset did not inform her that there were any customers waiting to be served. 0/10.
Staff is extremely unproductive unprofessional disorganized, and poorly trained in the art of customer service all 3 orders/ customers before me had to come back and have their order corrected, lack of attention to detail by the staff, which ultimately extended my order process. Nothing in my order was fresh not the biscuit not the chicken nor the fries not even the fountain drink... I'm quite sure attitude reflects leadership.... and they clearly follow no health code those cooking and handling food wore no hairnets hats or gloves
Went to this Popeye's on November 20 - received this dry, nasty chicken as a result. The majority of the meal went in the trash. I submitted an online complaint the same day - 10 days later, no one had reached out, so I stopped by the Popeye's to talk to the manager. She refused to discuss it and told me she'd call me when she got the complaint from corporate. I called corporate to let them know - they said they would escalate the ticket and have her supervisor call me - December 11 and no phone call - called corporate and let them know I'd be posting this on social media to let others know. This is a franchise location - they don't care about their food - they don't care about you. Give them your money and they'll put something in your bag. Not sure if it qualifies as food or not.
