Today is my first time here and I'm kind of disappointed. I ride by every Sunday and see a bunch of cars here but I struggle to see why. I ordered the all you can eat ribletts and my bf had the all you can eat catfish. The ribs were dry and none of the food had any seasoning. The catfish was way too fishy. And to top it off the service was extra slow. And the hostess wasn't friendly at all.2

Chicken was old, meatloaf burnt. Server was nice. Manager had no customer service skills.

Great friendly service; and the food is top notch!!!! Folks is very value priced and comfortable. Come on in and experience the pleasures of Folks my friends!!!!

Came in to employees sitting around the lobby eating while working. Had to wait on the employee to seat us because he was sitting at the table with all the food eating. We were seated finally and while there were waitresses walking around not one came to our table until 10 minutes in when I walked over and asked if we might see anyone. A gentleman followed me to our table and got our drinks and said our server would be right with us. We waited another 10 minutes, for what reason I'm still not sure, to flag down another waitress to ask her what the issue was and she said she was going to get her manager. We just had to get up and leave because he never came out and we never saw our server. I do not know what was going on but I would hope this does not happen frequently. I am usually very patient and understanding, but even I find it hard to come back to a restaurant that just flat out does not serve the customers. I hope they can get this restaurant fixed because it casts a negative shadow on the brand as a whole.

Very, very slow service. Restroom needed attention. Dusting and overall attention to cleanliness needed. Interior is depressing and needs updating. Food ok if received timely.
