Truck Illegal parked handy cap zoned SPACE. CALLED POLICE AND DRIVER SMART ALEC. He needs a $500+ ticket for using handy cap parking. Too lazy to walk a few feet. My wife is in a wheel chair and we had no access. Fine both cheers and their supplier to get their attention.

He was really rude and aggressive and had no customer service experience. We ended up not buying from there .

The most arrogant and digusting liquor shop I have ever visit.I will never visit this place again.The man lack manners and does not know anything about customer service.Is a shame he had a license to operate.

The man behind the counter with a heavy accent treated me like I was a piece of dirt when I asked him if he had a trash can that I could throw something in. He looked at me like I was crazy and said quote "you don't have a trash can at home?" I was still planning on making a purchase when he said "okay bye." At that point I let him know that I was going to make a purchase and he said he didn't not care. Do not go there! I'm writing this from the Twin Liquors 2 minutes away. Where the staff is friendly the store is clean and smells good. Oh, they have trash cans here.

When I entered this store first thing I heard was what do you want in very unfriendly manner. That really just turned me off. Typically you would expect at least hi or how are you or welcome, how can I help you. They really need to work on customer service and attitude. I probably never shop at this store unless something changes.
