It's always been good service, but Halloween 2017 was great service. I hate being the customer who goes through checkout on my phone, but I hadn't talked to my dad in awhile and the gal dressed up at a unicorn was more than accommodating when checking me through while I kept talking on the phone. All thumbs up!

I was in needed a closing gift for my clients (on the way to closing so I needed something FAST!)  and the store manager took amazing care of me! She had excellent suggestions and was VERY knowledgable about the products and availability. I will definitely be dropping in soon!

Excellent selection at this store. One of the largest I have seen. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stop again when I am in the area.

I love going here for new flavors, my favorites, and a fun environment with knowledgeable people! I learn something new every time I go to Specs. There are some great deals and always a great time.

Selection is great but the staff are eh. The beer guy seemed knowledgeable but wasn't very interested in helping me which is disappointing. 
The staff in the humidor on the other hand were talking the whole time and didnt have half the knowledge of a normal specs. They judged a lot of the cigars based on labels alone ( Monte Cristo white label is a beautiful and high class, full bodied cigar and they said it was mild because it was a white label). They also suggested higher priced cigars when that didn't fit the request. Don't count on their help to choose a cigar.
Overall, it isn't a bad place but it leaves a lot to be desired.
