They've started a new policy where the only form of ID they accept is a Texas drivers license. Passports aren't considered a valid ID. Very inconvenient.

I asked about a certain beer selection being in the refrigerator because I could only find it on the floor (no biggie if it wasn't, just asked politely).
Store manager was rude and dismissive, didn't even make eye contact. Said "we never have that in the fridge". Yikes. I was disappointed because my wife and I have bought on many occasions from there. There are good people, but overwhelming sense of negative vibes going on there, probably doesn't like his job. 

Will go to HEB next time or somewhere farther  away.

Located at the Hancock Center next to HEB. Nice big store with a vast selection. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If they do not have or carry something you are looking for they will look into it for you. They offer classes every month and occasionally have good sales.

Some of the best liquor selection in town with many rare and hard to find bottles.
