Really great food that is let down by slow service. Go, but plan to be there for 2 hours even if you're just a party of 2. 1 server for the entire restaurant meant waiting to place a drinks order, then waiting to place our order, then waiting a fair amount of time for the food and more waiting to get the check! I gave up and went to find the server to ring us up as we'd been waiting 15 minutes just to leave. I've been a couple of times at different times of day and it's always the same. The cheeseboats are deliciously indulgent and what people go here for but the other menu items are worth checking out. If this place could just hire more staff they could turn tables quicker and maybe be more successful.

Such an amazing place with a great staff. The food was incredibly delicious. We shared the mac & cheese and was satisfied!

The food was good and the service was somewhat decent because they were nice initially. However, they forgot our order and we got very frustrated when families that came into the restaurant later than us, received their order before us. We did get an apology, but that was really it, they didn't really seem to care that our order was forgotten (mind you, it was also not that busy when we got there). Parking is not easy to find around here, so public transportation is your best bet. Overall, I think we spent about 3 hours there and half the time was spent waiting for our food. Unfortunately, I have to base this review on the one time I went, so hopefully this is not a consistent happening.

What kind of laziness is this? Five hours of business operation per day? Never heard of a place that's open from only 5:00 to 11:00. Lol. Lazy hours = lazy staff. Not good. If you're a business, normal hours range from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM OR midnight or simply closed all day, open all night. As for the food itself, the five-star reviews speak for itself, so clearly it's pretty good. The hours are just oddly ridiculous.

The atmosphere was good, the vegetarian options were ok. Not more than that. Always good to see places that mark their dishes with vegan/GF labels.
