Located in Williamsburg, Midnights offers a celebrated food program by Joshua Cormier in a modern and cozy dining room setting, along with a lively cocktail bar, seasonal garden and cafe seating, late-night food and DJ curated music.
MID|NIGHTS is the collaboration of Devin Schuck and Raffaello Van Couten. The term "MID" represents Van Couten, who spent over 15 years in kitchens and the Front of House of some of the best high end restaurants in NYC, always being the middleman to getting the job done when it comes to service. And the "NIGHTS" side represents the countless years that Schuck has spent honing his craft for the nightlife and bar side of the industry all over NYC. Through these experiences they both gained a full understanding of the importance for the perfect balance of atmosphere and service. The pipe | line in the middle of the two words sets as the middle ground that these two long time work associates, and close friends, came to stand on. Their love of the industry brought them to open a concept that could house their vision of bringing NYC, via Brooklyn, a destination for superb food, cocktails and nightlife.
