The food was amazing, it was quite on point with my expectations. We ordered the famous chicken and waffles with Mac band cheese on the side. The service, though, should definitely be worked on. We had to request our order to be taken because our server was outside admiring a dog, yes, believe it. Odd enough. During our meal, our drinks were not refilled once and we were not checked up on to be asked how our meal was going or if we needed anything. We waited around for our server to get near us with our coats on for a while before she looked in our direction but didn't come our way, we had to ask for the check from the host. Aside from the lack of customer service, the food was good and I'll consider coming back. Maybe.

I recently had dinner here for the first time. My friend and I are people of color, so we are careful where we eat. Some places are not friendly. We got a nice table with a view of the window. The place can get a bit cramped but the staff does their best to make you feel comfortable. The music is great. I love the mason jars. The chicken and waffles were delicious as well as the drinks. The staff was super nice. I even got a Biggie postcard which is a great way to rep Brooklyn. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. I would suggest taking the subway because this is a walking neighborhood.

I thought the food was remarkable. It was my first time having chicken and waffles. The food and drinks were a little pricey. And the place was pretty packed it was hard to talk without raising my voice. My boyfriend got the cordon bleu chicken and waffles special. It was okay. I do like his flavored waffles. I ordered the bacon cheddar waffles and I didn't really taste any cheese and the bacon was more of a topping. We ordered the vegetarian option for our roommate and actually it was just as good as the fried chicken. Would definitely come again

I have to say, one of my favorite places to eat. Wait time is always a little long but the menu is definitely worth it. I have eaten here numerous times, everything from ambiance, staff, and menu definitely kill the game! The drink menu is ok and it's the only reason why I give it 4 stars. Make the drink menu as wow as the food and u definitely have a 5 star review, I would say even Michelin reviewed!

The food is good here and I have really like the drinks I have had while here I believe I had a peach mojito the last time I was there. I love the chicken and waffles I always get it with the lemon and the blueberry compote butter.😋 The place is small, it tends to get crowded on weekends. Good music and vibes, friendly staff, this location is the best one out of all the N.Y. locations. Overall great experiences had here, you won't be disappointed the fried chicken sliders with the spicy honey sauce it was really good. Mac and Cheese was okay... they could use a better recipe because it doesn't live up to the expectations you had for it the chicken is so good and the mac and cheese is like a take it or leave it thing...
