Crab Rangoon had a tiny bit of filling, mostly wonton and unsatisfying. Steamed dumplings were falling apart and not good. Lo mein was decent enough. Food was cold and took almost an hour to be delivered. No fortune cookies which apparently are "not guaranteed" according to the person we spoke to. Laughed over the phone when we called to comment on the disappointing crab Rangoon and lack of fortune cookies. The man said "remember how when you used to get a bag of chips and it looks like the bag is full but now when you open it's half full?" I'm sorry, but that doesn't justify paying over $20 with a tip and receiving next to nothing. Poor treatment to paying customers when we weren't even rude at any point. Will not be ordering from here again.

The food & service I have rec'd over about 7plus years is superb. Cheng Kitchen is one of the best Chinese Restaurant in New Britain. There is never a time have I ordered & was disappointed. I would recommend anyone if you like good Chinese this is the place. :)

I didn't even get to try their food. I called 4 times. The first time I was told to hold and then I was hung up on. I called back 2 more times, no answer. I called again, said "hello" and was hung up on again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Why would you want to buy food from some one with a nasty attitude. 🤔If your nasty towards me then I don't no how you are to my food...🤤😷🤢 No no. I will not be ordering from this place on attitude alone....
