So knowledgeable and detail oriented! She handles every little detail, and understands the market like no other. Our house went under contract in 2 days, at above asking price!  She made the entire experience so much better than I expected it could be!

Wendy and Brian are an excellent team.  Wendy knows the market and she is an amazing negotiator.  Her background is in law and mediation - skills that transfer over into real estate very well. Brian has years of real estate experience and has worked as a licensed contractor in home renovation. Together, they are the perfect combination.  

We both bought and sold a house with them, needing to purchase on contingency of sale.  They both worked very hard to make that happen for us. Getting the timing just right on the sale/purchase of the house and title issues were difficult  - but Wendy easily took care of the situation. As her clients, we were confident in knowing that our best interests were being protected. 

The entire process with Brian and Wendy was excellent.  Their knowledge and experience helped to make the sale/purchase of our homes extremely stress-free and smooth..  We appreciate their honesty, sound advice as well as the hard work they put forth to give their clients the best experience possible.

This purchase was me and my husband's first time ever buying a house. We had no idea where to start. Wendy and Brian took great care of us! They answered all our questions, found us homes that met our requirements and reassured us when we were starting to get nervous. They even held our hands through closing! Friendly people who make you feel at ease all the while doing their job perfectly - markers of a great business. I highly recommend DC Metro Home Sales!

Wendy and Brian are a dynamic duo!! They are the people to work with if you want to have a successful selling or purchasing experience in the DC Metro area. Not only do they provide honest feedback, but they work together to ensure all aspects of the process are thoughtfully considered.  I feel lucky to be working with them and know they are willing to go the distance to find the perfect home!

Wendy Dean and Brian Parker worked as a team on our difficult real estate transaction. Both worked tirelessly for us, the sellers, as well as their buyer. They truly went the extra mile on our behalf from their first listing to our final settlement. They very successfully managed this feat after we had already moved 2,000 miles west. All transactions were flawless with no angst. This entire selling journey with Wendy and Brian was always pleasant and we feel that we have two new best friends. Both know the market and their business well and are always courteous and friendly throughout the multiple negotiation processes. Without any reservations, Brian Parker and Wendy Dean are the best realtors we have ever known, and we have moved often. They are our first and only recommended realtors.
