Amira in the leasing office is the lady to see! I just resigned my lease for a second year and she made it so easy. Lots of great activities planned at the reserve like happy hours and food truck Thursday!

The apartment and location were amazing as well as the rent that we paid relative to the other apartments in the area.  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The only issue we had was with the washing machine which never got completely resolved before we moved out.

I moved into The Reserve at Clarendon Centre a couple of weeks ago and the staff has been WONDERFUL! The concierge team is friendly and welcoming - even to the point of bringing an extremely large package up to my door because they knew I was home. 

Have loved it so far, and can't wait to explore and learn more about the area!

The best apartment building I've lived in to date! Debate moving back often. You will not receive this level of service anywhere else. This building is far more than an apartment complex, it's a whole community. Tyler and the team do a wonderful job. If it was closer to my work, I'd sign another lease.

We have lived here for almost one year now, and we love everything about this building. The location is fantastic - it's only a 3-minute walk to Trader Joe's and the Clarendon metro, and there are countless great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The gym is small but never crowded, and there is an awesome 12-seat movie room that we use to host movie nights. The staff here is what really sets it apart, though - they are professional but friendly, and always willing to help us with whatever they need. We have had a couple of maintenance requests that were fulfilled promptly and thoroughly. Overall, I couldn't imagine living elsewhere in this area.
