Exceptional staff, facilities and overall place to live. You won't find a better deal for a luxury apartment or a more responsive staff.

Management completely unresponsive / unhelpful.  I would stay away from Ditmar if possible.  There are plenty of other options in the area.

I would give this building zero starts if I could. I have been living here for almost a year and since the day I moved in the hallway to my apartment keeps on getting stinkier each day. The bad stinky smell from my neighbours leaks into my apartment. It is the worst building in Virginia square area not only because of the low quality ventilation but also there are a couple of reasons that make this building one of the worst residential apartments in the area such: 
1- six computers that only few of them work!
2-The wifi is very slow and sometimes it does not work at all
3- uncooperative staff members and management!

I have been living here since March 2016 and honestly has been the most accommodating apartment I have ever lived in. First of all, maintenance responds to requests the same day and quickly. They are very kind and say hello to you every time you pass by. I have also enjoyed the accommodations. The golf simulator for me is fantastic. When the weather isn't great outside, my wife and I would play a round of golf on it to pass the time. The apartment itself is high quality and modern. I cannot hear my neighbors and the north side view is very nice. Lastly, the location is perfect. It is only a block away from Virginia Square Metro Station and makes going into D.C. for work or fun easy. Really nothing negative that I can come up with.

Worst place to work, Management febricate reasons and make lame excuses to fire people. I would give
 0 stars if I could.
