My Husband and I walked into CarSense without a clue as to which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We found so many vehicle's online but only one was at the Mount Holly location. I spoke with Dean and he arranged for the other vehicle of choice to be transported to the Mount Holly location for a test drive. Not only did he allow us to drive each vehicle but he explained all the pro's and con's of each. Needless to say we left with fully loaded Chevy Impala and a smile. Dean definitely made this car buying experience one to remember!!!! I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to go visit CarSense Mount Holly and asked for Dean.

Dean the sales rep. was pretty Awesome. I have bought new cars from dealers and used cars from private, Mom and Pop dealers and CarMax. Car Sense is by far the easiest place to buy a car. It was fast and simple. No hanging out for a day to buy a car at the Ford or Chevy dealership or waiting for who knows what we wait for. Dean was professional, courteous and very easy to work with. He had the car ready for me when I showed for a test drive and went over the car and away I went on a test drive. There was a key missing and they ordered it right away for me. Also they detailed the car and delivered it to the house a few hours later. They had a better used car financing rate and their gap coverage was a better deal then what my bank was offering. There is a few paint nicks that I saw the next day so I let Dean know and when my tags come in they are going to fix them and 2 plastic covers missing in the car and fill the tank for me. I'll give an update after my tags come in. Over all it was great experience and I will go back to them for my next vehicle.

We had a great car buying experience at the CarSense in Westampton  We were really taken care of by George Shaffer and Ryan Ferry who both went above and beyond to make sure  that we got into the car that we wanted. Best part is that we never felt pressured into making a deal just for them to make a sale. We would definitely recommend CarSense to all of our family and friends.

I recently purchased a car from CarSense Mt. Holly and my experience was excellent. I did not feel pressured or like I was getting a bad deal.  I shopped around at a few other dealerships and did not feel comfortable.

Paul was my salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not put the pressure on to buy. He responded quickly to all my emails and phone calls.

Went to CarSense to look and see what they had and what our options might be..Was quickly greeted by George Shaffer . He was friendly and helpful and very informative. Without the usual "hassle " you get at most dealerships, he was very professional but not pushy . In less than a half hour we were test driving vehicles and talking finance options. He went above and beyond to work things out to get us into a very nice Honda Civic. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience! Would definitely recommend him to my friends and would come here first without a doubt whenever I am in need of another vehicle. And lastly when I came home and found a small bible in my glove compartment , I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was a nice touch!
